Return Policy

All of our resources are delivered digitally. Once a file (such as a PDF, Word document, or other digital download) has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned. As such, all sales are generally considered final.

However, we understand that unexpected issues may arise. In limited situations, we may offer a refund, provided the request meets certain criteria. Refunds are granted at our discretion and must be requested within 28 days of purchase.

 

A refund will only be considered once all other reasonable and appropriate solutions (such as file replacement or technical support) have been explored and exhausted.

In limited circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund. Some instances include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • File Error or Missing Content: The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or not the intended resource. For example, a preview image is accidentally uploaded instead of the full resource.
     

  • Inaccurate Product Description: The product listing does not accurately reflect what is included in the resource. For example, the listing says the resource contains 5 pages of questions, but it actually includes 3 pages.
     

  • Duplicate Purchase: You unintentionally purchase the same item more than once using the same account.

If you believe your purchase meets one of these criteria have further questions about your purchase, please email us at support@hazellearning.com. Include your order details, the name of the resource, and a clear explanation of the issue. Where helpful, screenshots or specific examples are appreciated.

We are committed to resolving genuine concerns in a professional and timely manner. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to review your request and provide a resolution.
 

Please note that, if we notice a pattern of return requests from the same customer, we reserve the right to:

  • Refuse future refund requests from that customer.

  • Refuse to serve the customer in question for future purchases.

  • Suspend or terminate the customer's account at our discretion (if the customer created an account with us).
